Samantha began her career in communications as the Communications Project Manager for the Contact Centre directorate at HM Revenue & Customs. Her career progressed into other industries where communication, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction were key, and she was instrumental in developing business strategy and driving growth. This includes security, global customer services, travel and tourism.

She is now Managing Director of Daktela UK. Daktela UK is part of the wider Daktela Group with global operations. They specialise in providing cloud contact centre solutions and offer omnichannel services to businesses of all sizes. As a forward-thinking company, they pride themselves on being agile and customer-centric. Supported by a robust global development team, they deliver cutting-edge, innovative solutions.
