The winner of this category is the stand out ITSP in its class over the past 12 months, demonstrating impressive business performance, innovation and customer service. This category is focussed on ITSPs with a turnover of up to £10.2 million (in line with Companies House auditing requirements). The entry should provide a rich entry into how the company has developed and grown in the past year including an exemplary case study.

Best Industry Enabler

This award is focussed at companies who operate broadly across the supply chain to support the effective delivery of a CPs service, lowering barriers to entry and increasing speed to market. This could include back end infrastructure suppliers (network switches, voice gateways, SBCs etc), voice wholesalers, vendor platforms (e.g UCaaS providers) or connectivity support.
