This award recognises the company that has produced the standout solution that has been effectively deployed and adopted across multiple jurisdictions. The winning entrant will demonstrate how the solution has performed commercially, whilst demonstrating innovation and complying with various local regulatory requirements. Outlining how it has provided a local flavour and adapted the service successfully to different countries and/or regions, whilst maintaining core functionality across a group enterprise is required. This innovation has either helped drive productivity/efficiencies, improved collaboration as well as drive up quality of service. This award is designed to recognise the best applications (be that systems software or applications software) on the market and is open to applicants from across the next generation communications landscape. Entrants can include APIs, billing platforms, portals, WebRTC solutions, CRM tools and more. The winning entrant will demonstrate how their innovative application has made an impact within the sector, in terms of customer functionality and quality of service.

This award recognises the company considered to have the best quality end-user call equipment to aid a customer’s experience. This could be desk phones, video and conference phones, headsets or additional accessories. It will demonstrate technology that has excellent reliability and user-friendliness, which has had a good take up within the market. Innovative new features that have made an impact with customers will be noted. If its a new device then market impact and customer take up needs to be outlined. If its an established device it should demonstrate both year on year customer growth and performance as well as any new features that may have been added, which has maintained its market position.

Best Industry Enabler

This award is focussed at companies who operate broadly across the supply chain to support the effective delivery of a CPs service, lowering barriers to entry and increasing speed to market. This could include back end infrastructure suppliers (network switches, voice gateways, SBCs etc), voice wholesalers, vendor platforms (e.g UCaaS providers) or connectivity support. The company will demonstrate how their products and services have helped their customers operate both seamlessly and efficiently, whilst helping to tackle specific challenges (network security, resilience or compliance with UK or international regulations) and remove certain barriers.
