The winner of this category is the stand out ITSP in its class over the past 12 months, demonstrating impressive business performance, innovation and customer service. This category is focussed on ITSPs with a turnover of up to £10.2 million (in line with Companies House auditing requirements). The entry should provide a rich entry into how the company has developed and grown in the past year including an exemplary case study.

Focussed on companies with a turnover of over £10.2 million (in line with Companies House auditing requirements), this category celebrates the best in breed of the larger ITSPs in the market. This company has to demonstrate impressive business performance, innovation and customer service as well as detailing a first class case study. Outlining what the company has done differently in the past twelve months to grow and diversify is also required.

This award recognises the company that has produced the standout solution that has been effectively deployed and adopted across multiple jurisdictions. This award focuses on companies providing back end services for Communications providers and equipment that is typically hosted at the ITSP’s Data Centre. The company will demonstrate how their products and services solve industry challenges such as network security or resilience. This could include network switches, voice gateways and SBCs.

The company winning this category must explain why they are the best communications enabler within the sector; whether that means traditional voice wholesaler, Channel platform or vendor. They must demonstrate high standards of network management and security, a high take up across industry players as well as a comprehensive support system that enables them to be relied upon by their customers.

This award is open to any individual, organisation or campaign that has either truly helped or hindered the industry in delivering communications services to UK businesses and consumers and helping Britain talk.  Nominations are welcome from members and other industry stakeholders.
