Once you send the online application form, your application is passed onto the Council of Comms Council UK for consideration. When your application is accepted, you will receive an email from Comms Council UK containing the invoice. Upon receiving the payment, Comms Council UK will send you a confirmation email, which includes amongst other things your login and password to the website, the Comms Council UK logo and information about free membership of Ombudsman Services. Acceptance of membership is at the discretion of the Council. Companies who choose to become members of Comms Council UK also agree to abide by the Comms Council UK UK Code of Practice. The Comms Council UK membership runs from 1st January until 31st December and is automatically renewed each year. You can cancel the membership at any time, giving Comms Council UK two months’ notice. You will be liable to cover the cost of the membership taken up to the date of termination.
