Our aim for this working group is to provide a tangible way for members of the telecom industry to show commitment to women’s development.

Together, we can help one another achieve career goals and amplify our voices on key industry issues.
The group is open to the wider telecoms industry, and we welcome non-CCUK members to join and participate.
We launched a new working group, Women in Telecoms, in September 2022 to sit alongside CCUK’s existing Industry Developments and Operations working groups.
This group was created to meet a growing demand from our members to give women working within our industry a regular opportunity to network, share career experiences, discuss hot topics and exchange ideas. Outputs feed into other groups as appropriate.
The group was started by Katie Baron from Gamma and Tracey Wright from Magrathea. In 2024 the Group selected new Co-Chairs – Natalie Strange from RPS Telecom and Lauren Croxson from Sangoma who now lead the group.

The UK Telecoms Innovation Network (UKTIN) Talent Advisory Group provides a platform for collaboration and action among individuals and organisations working in the fields of telecoms, employment and training.

The CCUK's most loved Christmas lunch will take place on 12th December from 1pm at Gaucho restaurant on Charlotte street in London. The Great British Businesswoman Awards brings together and celebrates the women who are changing the face of business in the United Kingdom. We have been invited to be part of the judging panel.
We are very proud to have a directory to offer support and advice for any challenges women in the telecom industry may face – whether it’s promotion, maternity leave, menopause, bereavement, mental or physical health, or work-related issues like regulatory updates or technical problems. All directory members are also available to offer mentorship.
