Eli Katz, the Chair of ITSPA, said “Many congratulations to all the winners and the companies that were highly commended at this year’s ITSPA Awards. The ITSPA Awards have never been held in such difficult circumstances and, in this most challenging of years, I am delighted that the Awards have recognised some fantastic companies who have achieved great things in the past twelve months. The whole industry can be proud of its contribution to wider society and the role it has played in keeping the country going throughout the pandemic. With the shift in working behaviours necessitated by the crisis, our industry has arguably come to the forefront of the nation’s attention, and it is clear that the next twelve months will be of great importance in the evolution of our industry. ITSPA will continue to ensure our members’ voices are heard at this crucial time.”

Tracey Wright, Director of Magrathea, said: “Magrathea is delighted to have again been the main sponsor of ITSPA Awards. Despite this year’s virtual setting, the Awards continue to be the highlight of the industry calendar. Congratulations to all the winners in what was an incredibly competitive year!”   The 2020 ITSPA Awards were open to all those in the VoIP and unified communications space, including those who are not members of ITSPA. Thank you to all who joined the awards ceremony online!
