Recommendations for Resilience Guidance Launched

The Operations Group (our working group focused on standards, technical issues and best practice initiatives) has published the “Recommendations for ITSP Resilience” guidance document.

This document sets out a series of measures that ITSPs should take to ensure that the resilience of their network and systems is adequate. This paper intends to help members comply with legal obligations and also deploy technical mechanisms to produce a secure network. It is designed to be read in order and the final section contains a checklist for the ITSP to run through to ensure that major points have been covered in their own implementation.

The document has been circulated to members and is also available in the members’ area of our website.
