Ofcom closes enforcement programme into silent and abandoned calls

A week ago, Ofcom closed its enforcement programme into silent and abandoned calls.

It focussed on the prevention and reduction of annoyance, inconvenience, or anxiety which consumers may suffer from abandoned and silent calls; and other forms of misuse of electronic communications networks and services.
