Letter from Chi Onwurah MP to Digital Minister Matt Warman

After a productive meeting in early September, Shadow Digital Minister, Chi Onwurah MP, wrote to the Digital Minister, Matt Warman, to ask him to take more of an active role in the migration from the Openreach Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to Internet Protocol (IP). Onwurah expressed concern about the lack of a clear communications plan from both Government and Openreach and explained that a proactive nationwide awareness campaign is essential if the public, businesses and other organisations are to be adequately prepared for these changes.
