Internet Telephony Services Providers’ Association (ITSPA) appoints Ombudsman Services

ITSPA is pleased to announce that, as of 1st January 2016, we are offering all members free membership of Ombudsman Services.

Under section 54 of the Communications Act, all Communication providers must provide its customers with access to an independent dispute resolution procedure, should a customer be unable to resolve a dispute with its Communication provider and ITSPA is pleased to be working with Ombudsman Services to ensure members are compliant.

Previously, ITSPA members were provided with free membership of the CISAS ADR scheme and CISAS will continue to deal with any complaints currently logged with them.
