We are delighted to launch our Data Retention Guidance document. The Guidance was produced in collaboration with Preiskel & Co LLP, the boutique telecoms and tech law firm and associate member of ITSPA.
In recent months, it had become apparent that due to recent legislative changes and legal challenges there was a degree of confusion amongst ITSPA members regarding the requirements they must comply with in this area. This short guidance document is intended to provide clarity to members.
