Business Victims of Fraud – CCUK Principles and Best Practice Guidance

As a signatory of the Telecoms Fraud Charter, CCUK committed to supporting business victims of fraud by developing principles and guidance for our members.

We are pleased to say that we have done this, and you can see our principles at https://commscouncil.uk/wp-content/uploads/CCUK-Business-Victim-Principles.docx.pdf

We have also produced guidance for businesses on where to go if they experience a scam which can be viewed at https://commscouncil.uk/wp-content/uploads/CCUK-Business-Victim-Principles-Best-Practice-Guidance-for-Businesses.docx.pdf

A guidance specifically developed for our members can be found in the Members Wiki.
