I have been working for bOnline for 4.5 years.

What do you see as the main industry challenges at present?

The main industry challenge I see at present concerns legacy systems which impede automation and worsen customer experience, especially around number porting.

If there was one thing in the industry you would change or want to resolve, what would it be?

More API-first suppliers that aim to modernise the abilities of service providers in order to provide maximum value to their customers.
