Switching update

We are pleased to share that we will be holding a switching webinar on Friday, 19th May, 15:00-16:00. We will run through the latest developments surrounding the new switching process, as well as requirements that members will need to consider and prepare for.

The below areas will be touched on:

  • Background to Ofcom's directive for residential providers on switching.
  • Information about the One Touch Switching Company (TOTSCo) and its progress to date, including the TOTSCo Hub.
  • Business requirements.
  • Progress from the Gaining Provider Led Business Steering Group (GPLB-SG).
  • Next steps.
