Our first Corporate Essentials Seminar with Osborne Clarke LLP took place in their offices on 24th April from 3pm.

The event explored various corporate issues of relevance to members including raising finance, corporate governance and R&D tax credits.

The event was sponsored by ITSPA Associate Member Knight Corporate Finance.

The agenda:

3pm – 4pm Raising Finance - An introduction to funding options for ITSPs A presentation from Adam Zoldan (Director, Knight Corporate Finance) – followed by a panel exploring recent industry experiences of institutional investment.

Panellists to include: Paul Billingham (Director, Knight Corporate Finance), Steve Harris (MD, SIPHON), Peter Gradwell (CTO, Gradwell), Adrian Bott (Partner, Osborne Clarke LLP).
