This category is focussed on ITSPs with a turnover of up to £1.7 million or less and fewer than 10 employees. The entry should provide a rich information on how the company has developed and grown in the past year including an exemplary case study.

Focussed on companies with a turnover of over £20 million (in line with Companies House auditing requirements) and over 250 employees. This category celebrates the best in breed of the larger communication providers in the market. This company should demonstrate impressive business performance over the past 12 months, highlighting growth, innovation and a good customer service record as well as detailing a first class case study. Outlining any changes in strategy or ways to diversify during the twelve month period is also welcome.

For companies with a turnover between £1.7 and £20 million (in line with Companies House auditing requirements) and between 10 and 250 employees. This category celebrates the best in breed of the larger communication providers in the market. This company should demonstrate impressive business performance over the past 12 months, highlighting growth, innovation and a good customer service record as well as detailing a first class case study. Outlining any changes in strategy or ways to diversify during the twelve month period is also welcome.

This includes tackling Wangiri fraud (one ring and drop), CLI spoofing, DDoS attacks, Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and ensuring compliance with tightening UK regulations.

Innovation in communications continues apace with the introduction of new products, services and technology. This award goes to the company who has provided the most dynamic and user-friendly service or product to the market. This innovation has either helped drive productivity/efficiencies, improved collaboration as well as drive up quality of service. Best AI-Powered Communications

This award recognises companies that have successfully integrated Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI, Predictive AI, or Agentic AI) into their communication services. Judges are looking for solutions that move beyond “AI for the sake of AI” and instead deliver tangible, high-value outcomes for businesses or end-users.

 

Rising Star Award

For companies who entered the market in the last two years and showed great promise for future growth. 

This award celebrates the “ones to watch”—newly established communication providers, software vendors, or infrastructure players that have demonstrated rapid market traction, innovative thinking, and a clear path toward industry leadership. Judges are looking for evidence that the company is not just surviving its first two years, but is actively setting new benchmarks for excellence.


Best Industry Enabler

This award is focussed at companies who operate broadly across the supply chain to support the effective delivery of a CPs service, lowering barriers to entry and increasing speed to market. This could include back end infrastructure suppliers (network switches, voice gateways, SBCs etc), voice wholesalers, vendor platforms (e.g UCaaS providers) or connectivity support.

The company will demonstrate how their products and services have helped their customers operate both seamlessly and efficiently, whilst helping to tackle specific challenges (network security, resilience or compliance with UK or international regulations) and remove certain barriers.
