CCUK submits net neutrality consultation response

Comms Council UK recently submitted a consultation response to Ofcom’s net neutrality review prior to the deadline two weeks ago, and we look forward to engaging with Ofcom further on the issue over the coming months.

As part of our response, we welcomed clarification on network management in network failure scenarios. However, we suggested that care would be needed when considering wider traffic management policy points on retail offers.

If you have any questions about our wider response and engagement on the net neutrality issue, do feel free to get in touch with us.
