TOTSCo publishes important new documents

Earlier this week, TOTSCo published new documents to help CPs consider the detailed implications of One Touch Switch, and to take steps to design modifications to their systems and processes.

As TOTSCo has assumed control of the Industry Process, it has published V4.1 of the OTS Industry Process Design document, detailing information flows that will need to happen for CPs to execute timely and effective switches. TOTSCo also published a Process Flows document to help stakeholders better understand requirements.

The aim of this document is to explain the structure of messages that will be sent and received via the TOTSCo Hub, including content, basic rules and high-level error messages and responses.

Hub Specifications & Technical Requirements
This document isn’t specifically aimed at CPs, but has been published to provide insights into the way the TOTSCo Hub will operate, i.e. as a ‘letterbox’ and ‘post office’ for all OTS messages.

Feedback to TOTSCo
CPs are encouraged to provide feedback via admin@totsco.org.uk.
The address doesn’t provide responses but will help to generate additional future material for users.
