TOTSCo publishes website

The One Touch Switching Company (TOTSCo) Ltd, which is responsible for preparing and implementing one-touch switching for UK residential fixed voice and broadband customers, has published its website online.

The website provides background information into Ofcom’s directive placed on retailers with residential customers, as well as what the new provisions mean for industry and information on TOTSCo’s role and its hub.

VoIP providers that will be impacted by Ofcom’s One Touch Switch directive are being urged to register with TOTSCo to receive the latest updates and information. It’s worth noting that registration is completely free and does not obligate those that register to use the TOTSCo Hub.

Registration interest options include whether your organisation is likely to be a user of the Hub, whether you would like to be invited to stakeholder forum meetings, if you would like to receive a newsletter and if your organisation may be interested in becoming a member of TOTSCo.
